Wheels for All Eastbourne '500 Mile Challenge' event

In partnership with Inspire Sussex, our friends at Wheels for All Eastbourne will be holding a fundraising day at their Hub where participants can take part in the “Inspire 4 All 500 Mile Challenge!”

The challenge is a special chance for everyone to come together and ride laps around the Eastbourne East Sussex College track, aiming to complete a 500-mile journey - the distance between Wheels for All Eastbourne and the Chris Hoy Stadium in Glasgow!

Participants will pedal as many laps as they can to reach the 500-mile goal. It’s not just about cycling; it’s also a fundraiser and a fun-filled family and community festival. Everyone in Eastbourne is invited to join in the festivities, creating a joyful and inclusive atmosphere for all.

There will be plenty to do at the event too with the day being packed with exciting activities for everyone, including delicious food stalls, live music and various other exhibits from within the local community.

The aim of the fundraising day is to help Wheels for All Eastbourne purchase new adapted cycles for participants to use at sessions and to raise funds for the work Inspire Sussex does in creating inclusive spaces for Disabled people.
