Our Aims and Objectives

Wheels for All is the largest provider of inclusive cycling in the country. We dream of a world where every disabled person and those with long-term health conditions can feel the exhilaration, joy, and empowerment of cycling.

Our goal is to ensure every local authority area in England has an inclusive cycling offer. To achieve this, we will:

🚲 Establish a Centre of Excellence in every region.
🚲 Collaborate with a nationwide network of passionate partners who share our vision.
🚲 Provide our partners with the unwavering support, guidance, specialised equipment and resources needed to champion inclusive cycling.

Our Mission

To expand our reach by providing a range of services through our existing and future network by a combination of hubs run by Wheels for All or affiliate centres connecting people through cycling regardless of ability or circumstance, creating a sustainable and inclusive cycling movement.

Our Vision

Every disabled person in England and Wales will have access to high quality cycling opportunities within their local area by 2027.

Our Values

🚲 We value everyone’s involvement in design and delivery.
🚲 We respect participants, volunteers, staff and partner and hold highly their thoughts, ideas and actions.
🚲 We embrace everyone to be active on their terms.
🚲 We are passionate about the work that we do and we care about the people we support.
🚲 We are empathic, understanding people as individuals, with diverse needs and aspiration.
🚲 We are efficient, optimising donations reaching our users.
🚲 We take pride in our work and face challenges head.

Our Strategic Aims

Our Strategic Aims provide a clear and focused roadmap for the future of Wheels for All. They ensure that our growth is purposeful, sustainable and rooted in the needs of disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. By setting out defined priorities, we can measure our impact, strengthen our national network, and make the best use of the funding and partnerships that enable us to deliver inclusive cycling across England and Wales.
