Enjoy the great outdoors together with free access to adapted and mainstream bikes. No matter your age or ability come and enjoy our led rides and fun activities.

Inclusive family cycling is a great way to keep active, have fun, enjoy quality time together and make new friends. If you need an adapted, or mainstream, bike parkride will provide you for free. If you have bike then you just need to book a place on one of our session and turn up.

Session times and how to book a parkride

At the moment parkride runs every Monday and Wednesday between 4pm and 6pm. To book in at a session please email parkride@midlandmencap.org.uk. Booking is required so we can be sure to accomadate as many people as possible on each session.

What equipment is provided?

We can provide bicycles (adapted and mainstream) and protective helmets. You’re welcome to bring your own cycles and equipment if you already have them.
