Wheels for All is the national charity creating inclusive cycling opportunities across the UK. Through our network of hubs, we support children, adults, older people, and people with disabilities or long-term health conditions to enjoy safe, welcoming cycling in their communities.

About the Role
We’re seeking a Regional Inclusive Cycling Coordinator to help develop sustainable, community-led hubs in Cumbria & Lancashire. You will support volunteers, strengthen partnerships, and help hubs operate independently while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support hubs to build volunteer teams and local leadership
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteers
  • Assist with hub coordination, inclusive sessions, and basic cycle maintenance
  • Help hubs use Kinetic+ for bookings and reporting
  • Promote inclusive cycling in local communities

About You

  • Passionate about inclusion and community activity
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with volunteers or community groups
  • Empathy for people with disabilities or long-term health conditions
  • Confidence with digital tools

No cycling experience is required, just a passion for making inclusive opportunities a reality.
