Wheels for All is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sessional Support Worker to help deliver inclusive cycling sessions in Braintree, Essex!

Pay: £12 per hour + 12.07% holiday enhancement
Zero-Hours Contract

Hours: Primarily Mondays 3.45pm-6pm (term time), Mondays 9.45-12.30 (school holidays) and occasional Saturdays 9.45-12.30
Location: Braintree, Essex (travel expenses reimbursed)

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in delivering fun and inclusive cycling sessions at our community hubs.
  • Work with diverse participants, volunteers, and local partners to create a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure bikes are safe and well-maintained (training provided if needed!).
  • Promote health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles through cycling.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for inclusivity, community work, and cycling!
  • Great communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different groups.
  • Some experience as a Ride Leader (or willingness to learn).
  • Basic bike maintenance knowledge (or an interest in learning).
