Wheels for All attends final stage of Men's Tour of Britain!

Posted:

On Sunday 8th September, Wheels for All had the privilege of being part of the final stage of the Men’s Tour of Britain, an event that brought together cycling fans from across the country. Our team was thrilled to connect with so many passionate supporters of cycling, sharing our vision of making cycling accessible to all.

One of the day’s highlights was a visit from none other than cycling legend, Mark Cavendish! Despite a packed schedule, Mark stopped by to chat with the team, offering his encouragement for our mission of inclusive cycling. His visit was an unforgettable moment for everyone involved.

Hannah, our Regional Manager for the East, reflected on the experience:
“It was truly inspiring to see the enthusiasm for inclusive cycling on such a huge platform. Mark Cavendish’s support was the cherry on top of an incredible day, and we loved connecting with so many cycling enthusiasts who share our passion for accessibility.”

Of course, we can’t forget to congratulate Stevie Williams on his impressive win! It was fantastic to witness such a thrilling race and celebrate alongside fellow cycling fans, especially as Stevie made history by becoming the first Welshman to win the competition!

We’d like to thank everyone who visited us at the event. Your support means the world, and together, we’re paving the way for a more inclusive cycling future.
