On Sunday 4th July 2021 our amazing volunteers supported the Liverpool Chester Liverpool Bike Ride organised by Pennine Events Ltd.
The event’s aim was to bring cycling enthusiasts together to challenge themselves to complete a range of distances from 5 miles to 100 miles all in aid of raising money for worthy charities.
The charities included The Bobby Colleran Trust, North West Air Ambulance, St Paul’s Eye Unit and Cycling Projects.
Our committed volunteers gave up their time to promote the charity’s Wheels for All and Pedal Away activities, complete a distance to raise money for the charity, support with event set up, and ushering cyclists into the event providing a welcoming atmosphere.
The volunteers had a fantastic day supporting this 28th Anniversary of the historic cycling event that provided everyone with happy memories and much needed social time. It was also a great opportunity to meet new faces as some travelled from Sheffield to help on the day.
