With the weather getting warmer and spring in the air, Wheels for All is hosting another Open Day!

Wheels for All Debdale is thrilled to announce its upcoming Open Day event, scheduled for April 9th, 2024, from 11am to 3pm. Located in Debdale Park, our hub aims to provide opportunities for individuals of all abilities to experience the joy of cycling.

The Open Day will be a great day for attendees, offering a diverse range of activities aimed at fostering community engagement and awareness about our mission. Participants will have the chance to meet our dedicated team, learn about exciting volunteer opportunities, and gain insights into the impactful work our charity undertakes.

One of the highlights of the event is the free taster session, where attendees can try our adapted cycles for themselves. From handcycles to recumbent trikes, our adapted cycles cater to a variety of needs, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the freedom of inclusive cycling.

“We’re thrilled to open our doors and invite the community to experience firs-thand the work that Wheels for All does in Greater Manchester, it should be a really fun day with lots to get involved in” says Rhys Phillips, National Volunteer Manager.

The event is open to individuals of all ages and abilities, whether they’re seasoned cyclists or trying adapted cycling for the first time.
