Celebrating Wheels for All and Pedal Away at the Knowsley Feelgood Festival

Posted:

This past weekend, Wheels for All and Pedal Away had the pleasure of attending the Knowsley Feelgood Festival. The event was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the benefits and joy of inclusive cycling to our local community as well as learn all about local programmes designed to help both mental and physical health.

The festival was a huge success, with an incredible turnout of people eager to support and learn about our initiatives. It was heartwarming to see so many faces, both familiar and new, come together to celebrate and promote accessible cycling for everyone.

We owe a huge thank you to our amazing volunteers. Their dedication and hard work were pivotal in making the day run smoothly. Without their efforts, the event would not have been possible.

JP, the ride leader of Pedal Away Knowsley, perfectly captured the spirit of the day:

“It was an absolute pleasure to attend this past Saturday. The support we have been shown makes me so proud of the work we do here in Knowsley and across the country. It’s been a day of non-stop smiles and laughter and it was obvious how much fun everyone was having at the festival”

Events like the Knowsley Feelgood Festival are essential in promoting healthy, active lifestyles and ensuring that cycling is accessible to all members of the community. We are grateful for the support and look forward to many more events that bring people together through the joy of cycling.

Thank you again to everyone who attended, supported, and volunteered. Together, we are making a difference, one pedal at a time.
