FOCUS ON - Bath and West Wheels for All

Based at the Odd Down Sports Ground using a wide range of hand cycles, specialist cycles and trikes on the 1.5k cycle circuit where regular Saturday sessions are available 3 Saturdays per month. The emphasis is on removing all barriers that might prevent anyone from enjoying the sense of fun and freedom of cycling.

In addition to our regular open sessions Wheels for all provide inclusive cycle sessions for local groups and charities that support people with learning disabilities and physical impairments. Local Mencap clubs, Three Ways School, Leonard Cheshire Disability, Carrswood day centre and neighbouring SEN schools and colleges all enjoy regular visits.

Please contact us for details of how to book a session for our group, organisation or to register for one of our open Saturday sessions.

Bath & West Wheels for All relies on the support of volunteers and we encourage new volunteer recruits including young people.

Bath & West Wheels for All is coordinated locally by Chris Revill under the governance of Cycling Projects. The project is also supported by the ‘Friends of Wheels for All’ which is made up of parents, carers and users of the project. As well as fundraising the group also provide feedback and ideas on new activities. From April 2017 Wheels for All has been fortunate to receive the generous support of the St Johns Foundation to support the growth of the programme for the coming years.

So if you are local or are just passing come and joing Wheels for All activities at Odd Down with Bath and West Wheels for All. We guarantee you’ll have a great time!
