Give it a Go! our dementia friendly cycling sessions

Age really is no barrier for all those involved with our “Give it a Go” sessions in Warrington. Its been great to see the ladies trying our cycling in Victoria Park using the adapted cycles and able to use both eh athletics track and the indoor try out area.

The Give it a Go cycle sessions are a great way of bringing cycling to people regardless of age and ability. Its been maxing to see Joan, Chris, Dorothy and Ena all taking part in the cycling sessions and smiling away as they cycle around the track. It really does go to show that age is no barrier.

Many thanks also to the programme leader Louise and assistant Rosina who also took part in the session.

Sessions are every Thursday between 11am and 1pm at Victoria Park athletics track, Victoria Park, Knutsford Road in Warrington.
