Hannah to cycle 150km to raise awareness of Wheels for All

Some lovely news from Wheels for All Tendring to start our week!

Our amazing Regional Manager for the East, Hannah, will be taking part in the ‘3 Counties, 7 Piers’ challenge in Clacton-on-Sea to raise money for Mid and North East Essex Mind and awareness for Wheels for All – cycling a whopping 150km!

“I’ve only been cycling for just over a year and my longest ride has been 50 kilometres, so this will be a big challenge for me! Exercise is well-known to support mental wellbeing; when people cycle their body releases endorphins, a ‘happy hormone’, which naturally boosts mental health.” Hannah told us about her challenge.

As part of her fundraising Hannah will be appearing on BBC Radio Essex this Tuesday 14th May at 12.10pm so make sure to tune in and hear all about how she’ s preparing for the challenge and how important causes like Mind and Wheels for All are to her and local communities around the country.

We’re massively proud of Hannah here at Wheels for All and wish her all the luck in the world! You’ll smash it!
