Natalie's Story

Posted:

“Natalie is so pleased with herself, having achieved the ability to ride a bike independently, and she looks forward to the session every week. She is very proud to tell friends and family of her weekly visits. We were really impressed with her ability, having seen her for the first time today, especially at the joy it brings her.”

-Sue, Natalie’s mother

Natalie, a young lady with Downs Syndrome, was one of our very first participants when the Kingston-upon-Thames Centre opened. Natalie would always go on the hand-cycle but now, since the launch event, she has a new favourite – the recumbent Tomcat Trike!

With so many cycles to choose from and her usual hand-cycle in use on the track, Natalie was happy to try something new, so she tried the Tomcat Dragon and absolutely LOVED it!
